Happy New Year!

If a picture really is worth a thousand words, then this blog is word-rich. In fact, it makes this blog worth 23,379 words. (Thankfully, you don’t actually have to read them all.) December was really busy for us, but also really fun.  Check-out all of our photos!

Had our annual Christmas party with our beloved “home staff” and their families. We shared dinner, The Christmas Story and gifts.  Our wooden nativity was a novelty. A wise man lost his head, but it’s ok, that is why we have super glue right?

We hope your Christmas was merry and your New Year is filled with hope!

Hope you enjoyed our photos from December.

We also wanted to take this time to share with you all that our furlough will be delayed this year.  The original plan was for us to come back to The States in February.  We have recently decided that a longer summer furlough will work better for us this year.  So, we are planning on returning in May.  We will give you more details in the coming months.  In the meantime, please continue to pray for our family.  If you are interested in praying for us more specifically, shoot me an email and I will get you on our monthly prayer calendar list (bobbipalmer@bellsouth.net).

  1. So beautiful to see you all and to see the smiles on all of the children’s faces. We are praying for you and look forward to seeing you in May

  2. We so much love to see your photos and read the comments, etc. Because of Rita’s health issues we will miss the FPC retreat with the Palmer clan. Her pacemaker is working great but other issues need to be resolved. Please pray with us.
